The Altitude Management Portal is a thin client application that provides command and control for contact center supervisors, project managers as well as quality and process managers.

Combining thin client technology with highly granular data access policies, it is easy to provide secure access even to managers outside the organization. For example, outsourcers can provide their sponsors (the actual owners of the campaigns and services) insight into their own operations.

Altitude Management Portal is designed around two basic principles:

  • Need to know. Every manager should have access to all the information required for its specific role or responsibility and only to that specific information.
  • Zero navigation. Every manager should have all the information required for the role within a few “clicks”.
